SUNDAY: Slow Cooker Steak Stroganoff – It had been awhile since we had this family favorite! The sauce is zoo yummy that you’ll want to lick your plate clean!
MONDAY: Slow Cooker Chile Colorado Burritos – It doesn’t get any easy than this! Dump the ingredients in the slow cooker for the day and it does all the hard work for you! This is another family favorite!
TUESDAY: Sweet & Sour Pork – This was on our menu plan last week, too, but it got bumped because I didn’t have time to make the rice! If you’ve got about 30 minutes to cook, this is a quick and easy meal!
WEDNESDAY: Slow Cooker Chicken Lickin’ Pork Chops – This is seriously one of the easiest recipes EVER to throw together! The meat is zoo tender, too!
THURSDAY: Stacked Green Enchiladas – If you’re craving enchiladas, but you don’t have a lot of time to make them, this is a great way to get your enchilada fix!
FRIDAY: Tasty Baked Tacos – Do you see a Mexican trend this week? This recipe is PERFECT for a Friday night!
SATURDAY: Baked Spaghetti
