Happy Veterans Day and thank you to all of those who have served or who are currently serving our country.  Thank you also to your families and the sacrifices that they have made while you are serving!

If you are a Veteran or currently serving, here are some of the freebies you can score:  please keep in mind that some of these freebies may be location specific, so it’s always a good idea to call your location to make sure they are participating first

Applebee’s – Free Signature Entree on Sunday, 11/11/12 for active duty military and veterans

California Pizza Kitchen  – All veterans and active duty military get a free pizza and non-alcoholic beverage on Sunday, 11/11 and Monday, 11/12 with proof of service

Champps  – Free cheeseburger and fries for all active military and veterans on Monday, 11/12/12

Denny’s  – Free all you can eat pancakes from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, 11/12/12 for all active duty military and veterans

Famous Dave’s – Free Two Meat salute for former and current military personnel

Golden Corral – Free meal on Monday, 11/12/12 for active duty military and veterans

Hooters – 10 free boneless wings with the purchase of a drink for veterans and active duty military (military ID or proof of service required).  Dine in only.

Knott’s Berry Farm – Celebrate Military Tribute Days and all US veterans, retired, and active duty military personnel get free admission.  Additional tickets may be purchased for $19 each 11/22-1/6.

Little Caesars – Free Crazy Bread for active duty military and veterans with proof of service on 11/11

Longhorn Steakhouse – FREE Texas Tonian and non-alcoholic beverage for those with military ID or US Military Uniform.

Longhorn Steakhouse  – Free entree from the Stars & Stripes menu on Monday, 11/12/12

Massage Envy – Free massage for active duty military personnel and veterans.  This may be regional.

Olive Garden – Free entree for active military and veterans on Sunday, 11/11/11

On the Border – Veterans with military ID or proof of service will receive a free entree certificate to be used 11/12-11/30/12.

Outback Steakhouse – FREE Bloomin’ Onion and Beverage on November 11 and 12, 2012 for veterans and active military.  No coupon or purchase necessary.  Veterans and active military will also receive 10% off Outback Steakhouse purchases 11/13-12/31/12.

Sizzler – free lunch for active duty military and veterans until 4 p.m. on Monday, 11/12/12.

Texas Roadhouse – Active, former, or retired military get a free lunch entree from the Veterans menu with proof of service.

TGI Friday’s  – FREE lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, 11/12 for all active military an veterans

Tim Horton’s Cafe & Bake Shop – free donut for active and inactive US Military veterans with proof of service.  No purchase is necessary.
