Welcome to Weight Loss Wednesday!

At the beginning of the year, I was participating in the Body After Baby challenge that was being sponsored by Mama Notes.  I loved the accountability of posting every week about my experiences and I also loved being able to support other bloggers who were in the same boat I’m in, reading about their experiences, and getting support from them.  Mama Notes hasn’t posted a Body After Baby challenge in awhile, and along the way my motivation is starting to lag and I don’t want it to.  I want to get back on track.

So, I’m going to start doing my own “Weight Loss Wednesday” post to share my experiences.  If you’re trying to lose weight, too, feel free to link up and share your experiences.  Please visit and support our fellow bloggers and we’ll support you, too!

This week, I’m going to post my long term and short term goals.  Feel free to link up below and share your experiences!

My long term goal:  Lose 10 pounds by April 15th (I’m hoping to lose more than that, but I want to set a “manageable” goal

My short term goals:
*30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week
*Start tracking EVERYTHING I eat
*Attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings

    I started Weight Watchers today. I think I've finally come to terms with the fact that nursing and exercising isn't going to be enough after this baby. I'm not going to the meetings, but I'm counting points & I feel motivated! I want to lose 20 lbs by the time my kids get out of school.

    Hi, i joined WW about 5 wkes ago and have lost 9.5 lbs. i would love to lose about 15 more by summer. i cant wait to hear from others experiences and tips! 🙂 best wishes

    I too am trying to lose some weight. I haven't joined any groups. I have been trying to do this on my own by writing down everything I eat and TRYING to exercise. It started off great but I have started to lag. Ughh… At least I know there are others out there! 🙂
