Pinecone Research is accepting new recruits!

If you haven’t signed up with Pinecone Research yet, NOW is your chance! Right now they are accepting new applicants!  If you are not familiar with Pinecone Research, they are a survey company.  A few times a month, they will send out “Household Questions” which only take a few minutes to complete and which are basically screeners for upcoming survey opportunities.  They only send you surveys that you qualify for and you get paid $3 per survey (via Paypal).  They are one of my favorite survey sites and you can only sign up when they are recruiting new members!  Only one person per household may register!  You can sign register now by clicking here.

Survey sites that really pay: Opinion Outpost!

I just finished my “end of month cash-out” from Opinion Outpost and ended up with another $14.30 in Amazon gift cards.  When you cash out and choose Amazon gift cards as your option, you get your code instantly!  I have earned $219 total from this site since I joined in march.

If you are not familiar with Opinion Outpost, here’s some more information about it:

How it Works

Once you register, you will receive e-mails about potential surveys you may qualify for.  When you click on the link, you will have to answer a few quick “screener” questions.  If you qualify for the survey, you will then be directed to the survey.  If you don’t qualify for the survey, sometimes they will ask you if you want to see if you qualify for any other surveys.  Other times, you will be directed to a link where you can enter an instant win game to win $50.

As you complete surveys, you get a certain amount of reward points.  These points correlate to dollar amounts.  For example, 10 points is equal to one dollar.  From my experience, most surveys range from 10 to 30 points each, but I have completed a few 50 point surveys, an 85 point survey, and a 100 point survey.

To ensure that you qualify for more surveys, I recommend filling out all of the information in the “Member Profiles” section.  There are ten different areas – consumer, general, health, household technology, leisure & activities, personal finance, personal vehicles, professional, shopping, and travel.

Cashing Out

To “cash out” click on the “Rewards” link on the left of the page.  This will show you what your current accumulated award balance is.  Once you accumulate $5, you are eligible to cash out.  This is a much lower threshold than other companies require for cashing out.  You can cash out for a check, an Amazon.com code (sent instantly to your e-mail address), or a Citi gift card (virtual or physical).  The Amazon.com and Citi card options are new for me!!

In anticipation of more great Amazon holiday deals this year, I have been cashing out for gift cards from the various survey sites that I belong to so that I can make sure to get all of the codes added to my account.  I just cashed out for $35 in Amazon codes from My Survey today and they were in my inbox within minutes.

With My Survey, you earn points for completing surveys.  They will send you a short screener, which is usually worth 5-30 points and then, if you qualify for the actual survey, it is usually worth anywhere from 150-400 points.  I have also done product testing for them for everything from cleaning products to diapers.

You can “cash out” your points for a check (in $10 increments), merchandise, or gift cards.  Some of the gift cards that they offer are:  Amazon, Paypal, CVS, and Bath and Body Works.  They also offer gift cards for restaurants such as Applebee’s, Chili’s, and Cracker Barrel.

I have been doing surveys for My Survey for six years now and they are a great, reputable company to work with.  If you haven’t signed up with them already, you can check them out here!

Get gift cards from E-poll!

Have you signed up for E-poll yet? I just cashed out for a $25 Amazon gift card, which will go toward our “cash Christmas fund.”

I have been a member of E-poll for about five years now. You earn points for completing surveys which can then be exchanged for gift cards to Amazon,Target, Dunkin Donuts, Home Depot, Blockbuster, Best Buy, Olive Garden, and iTunes. You can also get cash through Paypal or movie tickets! Most of the surveys deal with TV shows and movies.

Survey sites that really pay: E-poll, Opinion Outpost, and Pinecone Research

One of the ways that I save extra money to use for our “100% cash Christmas” is by completing surveys. Through the years, I have had some ups and downs when it comes to survey companies. Nothing is more frustrating than signing on with a survey company only to find out that they send you lots of screener surveys that you spend a lot of time completing only to be told that you “didn’t qualify.” I have been with E-Poll and Pinecone Research for several years now and one of the things that I love is that they send you surveys that you already qualify for! I just signed on with Opinion Outpost in March, but I’ve already had great experiences with them!

Pinecone Research

Pinecone Research is currently accepting new female applicants. If you are not familiar with Pinecone Research, you can only sign on with them during active recruiting periods.  Once you have been accepted by them, they send out a set of “Household Questions” to gauge your interests and buying habits every few weeks and based on your responses to those questions, they will send you surveys that you qualify for. You receive $3 (you can choose to be paid via Paypal or check) for every survey that you complete. I usually receive payment the day after I complete my survey. I have also completed product tests for them. You receive compensation for completing the product test and for the surveys associated with it.

The surveys I have received from E-poll typically relate to TV shows. They are quick and fun to complete.  You usually receive 500 to 1,000 points per survey.  You can exchange the points for gift cards to a variety of places including Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and McDonalds.  I usually save up my points throughout the year and then cash out in November, so I have gift cards to use for Christmas.

Opinion Outpost

I receive more survey opportunities from Opinion Outpost than I do from Pinecone Research and E-poll.  You will receive an e-mail from them when there are ‘available’ surveys for you to complete.  You will be asked to complete a short screener and then, if you meet the criteria for the survey, you will be directed to the actual survey.  You receive $1 for every 10 points that you receive and payment is via check.  You can choose to cash out every time your balance reaches a minimum of $5.  You can learn more about Opinion Outpost here or sign up here.
