Looking for some free family fun this weekend?  Here is a round up of free activities and events.  It’s always a good idea to check with your local store before going to make sure that they are participating (especially if you’ve got a drive).

American Girl – Grace’s Travel Tags. Your girl can have fun preparing for her next adventure with this travel-themed craft, whether she’s trotting the globe or having a sleepover next door. At this event, she’ll craft her own girl- and doll-sized luggage tags—inspired by Grace’s travels! Free and open to the public. For girls ages 8 and up.

Apple Stores – Check your local store for weekly workshops and youth programs

Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores – Free demos every Saturday, check your store here for more details.

Lakeshore Learning – Saturday, January 31st  from 11-3 pm, kids can make a Masquerade Mask.

Lowes Build and Grow – The next class is on February 14th at 10 a.m. where kids can make a Sweetheart Picture Holder.  Free apron, goggles and patch are included.  Register for this class here

Michael’s Kids Club:  Check back for fun classes for the whole family.

Microsoft Stores – Check your local store for classes and special events for the whole family.

Pottery Barn Kids -Tuesday’s from 11-11:30 a.m., Story Time.

Target – select a city to find free or reduced-price admission to arts and cultural events in your area, sponsored by Target.

The Home Depot – The next class will be on Saturday, February 7th from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., where kids can learn how to build a heart box.  All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last.  Register for this class as well as future classes here.
