Here are some reader tips:

You MUST be logged in to your account to see the special offer banner!
I didn’t see the banner on mobile, but I had it on my laptop.
If you don’t see the banners at first, visit the Kindle page and then keep refreshing!
Add a Kindle to your cart, but don’t check out. Then, go back to the main page. When I did this, I had the banner!
Add the Kindle to your cart and go to check-out. When I did, the discount was there!
It works on the Paperwhite, too!
