Today’s Freebie Alerts: Tide, Pantene, and Scrubbing Bubbles

It looks like today is going to be another day full of freebies!

Here are the freebies you might be able to grab today if your timing is right and your fingers are fast enough!

Starting at 2 p.m. EST, Tide will have 25,000 free samples of Tide Stain Release to give away!  Make sure you like their Facebook page here so you’re ready to grab your free sample when it’s time. This is only available if you have not gotten this sample previously!

Kroger deals for the week of 6/22

I’ve added a new feature!  If you see a ? next to the final price on an item, that means it’s a “stock up” price or rock bottom price in my opinion!  One of the most common things I hear from “new” couponers is that they don’t know what’s a good deal, so I hope this will help!

Just a reminder:  Kroger’s coupon policy changed on 4/13!  You can read the full updated coupon policy here (I recommend printing it to take with you!)  You can find more about changes to the Kroger double/triple coupon policy here.  The two biggest changes are that they will no longer allow you to “stack” paper manufacturer’s coupons with loadable coupons and they will no longer double/triple coupons.  From what I understand, the registers are now programmed to deduct your digital coupon first, when applicable. I have heard from multiple people that there are glitches with this new program and even when you are buying multiple items and should be able to use a digital and manufacturer’s coupon, the register will not allow it.  Kroger has made some changes to their fuel rewards program:  you can read more about that here.

Kabongo = free educational online games for kids!

I have a 4 year old and a 7 year old and they love to play online!  I love it when I can find sites that are both educational and fun for them, too!  Kabongo is a new site geared toward children ages 4 through 7. I let both of my kids try it and it was a hit!  The best part is that it’s COMPLETELY free!  There is no subscription required, either!

Each child can create their own profile character and then there are various “learning habitats” with different activities that address skills such as memory, comprehension, and attention.  (Too bad it doesn’t have a way to address taking turns – my kids have been fighting over who gets to play next!)  Your child will work through the different skill levels and will earn prizes as they do.  As the parent, you create the main profile and have the ability to monitor your child’s activity and view progress reports.  They also have free printable coloring pages, mazes, and other activities!  There are also suggested activities for parents so that you can work on the skills using “real life activities” at home!
