There is a monthly deal on Theraflu: buy 2, get a $3 ECB. Right now, Theraflu is priced at $4.49 each. The red coupon machines in the stores are also reportedly printing out a CRT for $5/2 Theraflu (you need to scan your card to get the coupon and it may not print on all cards).
