Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Plan: FREE for 7 days!!

How many times have you watched Jillian Michaels whip people into shape on The Biggest Loser and though “I could do that, too….if only I had someone to TELL me what to do!”  Now you CAN have Jillian Michaels tell you exactly what to do to get in shape for just $4 per week.  PLUS, you can get a free trial of the program for 7 days! The price of this program is significantly less than most other weight loss programs (believe me, I’ve tried most of them!)

I have an ongoing battle with my weight.  I’ve tried numerous programs and actually have had good success with Weight Watchers previously, but as a working mom with two active kids, I struggle with the “planning” piece.  I don’t have time to browse through hundreds of recipes trying to decide what I should cook each week or even go to an extra hour-long meeting each week.  I want to make the most of my work-outs but don’t know how and I definitely don’t have the money to pay a personal trainer.

I signed up for the Jillian Michaels weight loss program yesterday and I’m so excited to start! I love that she lays it all out for you!  I have tried the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred in the past and been pleased with the results, so I have high hopes for this program!

Here’s what you get with the plan: all of these features are available with the free trial!

Customized menu plan including recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack plus a printable shopping list! You take a short quiz at the beginning to determine which meal plan is best for you and based on that, the meal plan is generated!  If you don’t like one of the menu items listed, you can easily swap it out for something else!

Customized weekly work-out planYou take a short quiz at the beginning to determine your fitness level and based on that, a fitness plan is developed.  It includes pictures and instructions for each exercise and the best part is that you can do all of the exercises at home!  There’s no need to pay for an expensive gym membership!

Online calculators and diarieskeep track of your exercise and daily eating using the online food and fitness diaries plus calculate healthy weight, target heart rate and more using their online calculators!  You can also track your weight loss and inches lost!

Message boards and online supportthere is an “Ask Jillian” section where you can submit your question or get great tips by reading questions submitted by others and you can also connect with others and get support from the message boards!

I signed up yesterday and I’m ready for Jillian Michaels to help me get into shape!  Are you ready to join me?  Sign up for your seven day free trial here!

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide billing information, but you can cancel at ANY time!  If you choose to cancel, you can do so by calling them toll-free at 866-348-9729 from 9am – 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Target: Top 25 deals for the week of 6/26

Here’s my Target “Top 25? deals of the week. Keep in mind that pricing may vary by area. Always check your local ad to confirm that they have the “weekly deals.”  This was a slow ad week and many of these deals are not in the weekly ad but are “deals” because of “stacking” of Target coupons and manufacture’s couponswhich means your market may vary in terms of pricing – sometimes pricing varies from one store to the next within my own area!  Thanks to Totally Target for the heads up on many of the price cuts!  Make sure you check out the changes to the Target coupon policy here.  Also, Target printables can disappear VERY quickly(sometimes within a few hours), s0 make sure you print the ones you want as soon as they come out!

Get Text Alerts from Target: receive coupons, deals, and weekly ad reminders on your mobile phone – use a barcode that can be scanned at check-out for multiple one time only coupon deals throughout the month.  The text alerts for mobile coupons appear to be released on Sundays and appear to be valid for one week only (when the new round is released on Sundays, the old round disappears)

Now, you can save 5% when you use your Target Red Card. (This is valid in stores only)

Target now offers price matching. You can check out their policy here.

At Target, you can use one Target coupon and one manufacturer’s coupon per item. The printable Target coupons now state “one per transaction” meaning you can only use one “like” coupon per transaction. The Target coupons from the inserts do not have this wording and neither do the Target toy coupons. You can read/print their coupon policy here.

They are also offering a .05 credit when you bring in your own reusable shopping bag!

Frequently asked questions:

Do you really do multiple transactions at your stores?

In the past, I usually had $20-30 ECB on hand, so I didn’t have to break up my transactions as much as I did when I first started, but now that I am starting over, yes, I am doing multiple transactions. If you are doing multiple transactions, I recommend that you let the cashier know up front that is what you are planning to do. If there are several people in line, let them go in between your transactions. This gives you time to clip your ECBs and get prepared for your next transaction.

My store was out of all the freebie items first thing this morning. Can I get a raincheck?

This all depends on your store. I have contacted corporate about this before because some stores in my area give rainchecks and others won’t. According to corporate, this is up to the individual stores.

I bought the wrong item or I bought the RIGHT item and my ECB didn’t print. What can I do?

If you bought the right item, show the store clerk your ad and your receipt. They should be able to manually print your ECB at the store. If they don’t know how, you can call customer service and they can add one to your account that will print within 48 hours (you have to wait 48 hours from your purchase time to do this so they can “see” your transaction in their computer).

If you bought the wrong item and didn’t receive ECBs, you can do a return and purchase the correct item. If you paid using ECBs, they will have to give you money on a gift card.
