Freebie Friday: freebies for new moms and moms of toddlers

If this week’s Freebie Friday doesn’t apply to you, don’t be discouraged. Next week’s Freebie Friday will be a giveaway that should apply to everyone!

For New Moms or Moms to be:

Register with Enfamil by clicking on the link above to get your Enfamil breastfeeding support kit. I got a free diaper bag, breastfeeding support book, and formula samples with mine. I also began receiving formula checks in the mail.

Get a BPA free breastmilk bottle from Medela here.

Register for a free Pampers diaper sample and coupons here.

Register for a free Huggies diaper sample and coupons here.

For moms of toddlers:

Free (or almost free depending on your store) Johnsons buddy bars – There is a $2/2 printable coupon here. The buddy bars are less than or close to a dollar and can be found at drug stores (CVS/Walgreens), grocery stores, and places like Walmart/Target. I have heard that Walmart has the best prices, so if your Walmart store also gives overage, that’s a great place to go to get them. My son, who is not quite 2 yet, just loves these and is so proud that he can be a big kid and help wash himself.

Thrifty Thursday: My Walgreens trip for the week

My Thrifty Thursday tip of the day is to always have a back up plan. I posted my Walgreens scenario for the week here. Unfortunately, no matter how well you try to plan, sometimes things don’t work out. I forgot my $2 Revlon coupon and they were all out of the Hunt’s tomato sauce. I was trying to figure out what fillers to get. Candy would have been a cheap option, but I decided against it because I’m really trying to cut out candy. I wanted to get something I needed/would use, so I decided on some cards. My OOP ended up being $3.91, which was more than I had planned, but I had to improvise, and I would have ended up buying the cards at some point anyway. Plus, I paid with a gift card 🙂 I also ended up with a $3 RR from the cereal and I will get a $1.50 Easysaver rebate from the Electrasol. The best part of this is that none of it will come out of my weekly grocery budget.

Buy Colgate-Palmolive products, get free stuff!

Colgate has a mail in rebate offer right now. Here are the details:

Spend $15 on participating Colgate-Palmolive products, get a free travel bag with product and valuable coupons worth $25. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Available while supplies last.

I did this last year and the coupons were great and I have loved using the travel sized items when I travel! I can’t remember if we had to buy all of the items on one receipt, but this matches up nicely with the CVS deals this week (Buy 2 Speedstick, buy 2 Colgate and you’re almost to the $15 mark).

Here are the instant win games for the week:
