Tasty Treat Tuesday: Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips

I am in the mood for something a little bit lighter today and this looks so yummy!  I can’t wait to try it out.  Thanks for sharing, The Girl Who Ate Everything.

Here’s what you need to make this:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  •  2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 ounces raspberries 1 (16 oz)
  • 1 carton of strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (more or less to taste)
  •  3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor (I used strawberry)
  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas melted butter or butter flavored cooking spray
  • Cinnamon sugar: 1 cup white sugar 2 Tablespoons cinnamon

  1. This is sooo yummy! i made it a few years back for thanksgiving…my dad who passed away recently always loved it…so this is actually a really special recipe for me 🙂 Plus its really yummy!
