Moneymaker on Nabisco crackers at Randalls! (and Safeway, too!)

Here’s the scoop on the Randall’s cracker deal. They are $1.38/box for Wheat Thins and Triscuits on Saturday and Sunday ONLY.

Click here for a $1/1 printable coupon.

Then, there are $1/2 coupons here. (you can print 2 per computer…they are Smartsource coupons and will start printing as soon as you click on the box) – print 4

So, buy a total of 10 boxes of crackers (the ad does not specify any limits…stores can limit quantities if they choose). Use the 2 $1/1 coupons and 4 $1/2 coupons. Your total after coupons will be $7.80.

Then, submit your receipt for the rebate offer here and you will get $10 back.

So, you make $2.20 buying crackers!

ETA: I have had people confirm that Safeway stores are participating in this store, too. The prices are varying from $.99 up and some stores do have limits included in their ads.

CATALINA DEALS:

Right now, there is a catalina deal on Old El Paso products:

Buy Old El Paso taco shells, dinner kits, seasoning, refried beans, or heat & serve sides through 10/4/09:
Buy 3, get $1 OYNP of beef or chicken
Buy 6, get $3 OYNP of beef or chicken
(all Old El Paso items must be purchased in one transaction)

There are loadable coupons for .60/2 on Old El Paso products at shortcuts.com and cellfire.com. There are also peelie coupons on many Old El Paso items for free seasoning when you buy 2 items. So, the cheapest way to do this is to buy 3 seasoning packets which are priced at about .79/each. If you have the peelie coupon (it is hot pink), after the shortcuts and cellfire coupons come off, you end up paying about .38 for three seasoning packets and you get a coupon for $1 off your next beef or chicken purchase!

Another possibility is to buy 2 of the Old El Paso beans which are priced at about $1.15 (prices may vary by location) and one seasoning packet. If you have the peelie coupon, after the shortcuts and cellfire coupons come off, you end up paying $1.10 for two cans of beans and a packet of seasoning and you have $1 off your next beef or chicken purchase!

Randalls deals for the week of 7/29

The Randalls ad isn’t all that great this week, but there are a few things in the ad that I thought were worth pointing out.

*Milk is $1.49!!!! (limit is 2) – this may vary by location, so check your ad to make sure it applies at your store.

**Print the “free chocolate half gallon chocolate milk coupon when you buy a regular gallon of milk” coupon at coupons.com (use zip code 63090) – get a gallon of milk and a half gallon of chocolate milk for $1.49!

*Mrs. Baird’s bread – $1.49 (4 day sale – Wednesday 7/29-Saturday 8/1)

*Rosarita refried beans – $.79 (that’s cheaper than the store brand!)

*There is a coupon for a $30 gift card with any transferred prescription. CVS and Walgreens both accept competitor’s coupons (Walgreens will match the gift card amount plus give you $2 extra at some locations). So, if you have an existing prescription and need a refill, you can either get $30 in free groceries or get a start on shopping at CVS or Walgreens just for transferring it! The coupon expires on 8/4/09.
