Party City is having a BOGO free sale.  The sale includes cups, napkins, plates and bowls, tableware, cutlery, table covers, favor items (such as Silly Bands), and decorations (including streamers and balloons).  If you’re planning a party in the near future, it’s a great time to stock up!
