Redbox Free movie night – coming May 12th!

If you “like” Redbox on Facebook, you can get a code for a free one night DVD rental on Thursday, May 12th.

Here’s how you can take advantage of this offer:

1.  “Like” Redbox here

2.  Click on the “Free Movie Night” tab on the left side

3.  Click on the red “Get my Redbox Code button – your code will appear right away (thankfully, you can have it e-mailed to you!)

Here’s the fine print on the promotion: Code is valid for a redbox kiosk rental beginning between 12am and 11:59:59pm on 5/12/2011. Daily rental fee is $1.50 for Blu-rayTM Discs, $2 for video games and $1 for standard DVDs. Code is valid for a $1 discount on the standard daily rental fee the first night of rental only. Code not valid for items reserved online. Your payment card (necessary for rental) will be charged the balance of the daily rental fee for a Blu-ray Disc® or video game for the first night of rental, if applicable, and will be charged the applicable daily rental fee plus applicable tax for each night you do not return your rental by 9:00 pm local time (at the redbox kiosk) every subsequent night after the first rental night. Valid only at participating locations. Void where prohibited. Codes must not be copied/sold/offered in a manner not approved by redbox. Cannot be redeemed online or combined with other offers. Only 1 code per rental transaction. Code applies to only 1 item per rental.

Here are a few other promotional codes that may work if you haven’t used them before: (you can use them once per credit card)  Redbox now carries Blu Ray movies, too.  Blu Ray rentals are $1.50/each, so these codes will deduct $1.

For use at Walgreens only: DVDATWAG
For use at Kroger family of stores only:  DVDKROG

**You can use these codes once per card (you do have to swipe a credit or debit card to “rent” the movie and you will be charged $1 per night if you do not return the movie before 9 p.m. the following day).
