You can either click the “like” button next to each page, or click the link to go directly to each fan page (each link will open in a new tab). If you get a message that the “like” requires verification, just go directly to the fan page and click like there.
Now go ahead and fill out the form below with your name, email address and your confirmation that you completed the mandatory entry (you “liked” all 21 fan pages).
