I purchased two of the 99 cent Chips Ahoy today. Did NOT receive a RR. The cashier checked that hte catalina machine was "on" and had paper. She shrugged it off and said that the purchase was not eligible for RR.
I'm not sure why this happened because people on several other sites are reporting that it is still "working." There are details for how to contact catalina in my weekly Walgreens post.
