March 16-June 15 (quarterly ECBs print on July 1)
June 16-September 15 (quarterly ECBs print on October 1)
September 16-December 15 (quarterly ECBs print on January 1)

All of the links for the coupons included in these scenarios are included in this thread with the monthly deals and coupon match-ups.

Here are a few scenarios for the January monthly deals:

If you are new to CVS or don’t have many ECBs to start out with, for an investment of $4.99, you can double your return.

Scenario #1:
Buy 2 Throat Coolers – $4.99/each
Use BOGO coupon
Spend $4.99, get a $9.98 ECBs

Scenario #2:
Buy 2 NasoDrip Gel Spray – $7.99/each
use $2 printable coupon
Buy 1 PowerAde – $1.59/each

use $3/15 CVS printable
use $9.98 ECB
Spend .59, get a $15.98 ECB

Scenario #3:
Buy 2 boxes of Soy Joy bars – $6/each
Buy 2 Listerine Agent Cool Blue or Smart Rinse – $3.99/each (this price is for this week only…if your stores are out, you may want to get a raincheck)
use 2 $1 printables
Buy 1 Power Ade – $1.59/each

use $3/15
use $15.98 ECB
Spend .59, get a $12 ECB (from the Soy Joy) and a $6 ECB for the Listerine

Scenario #4:
Buy Sambucol – $12.99/each (I discovered this stuff last year when there was an ECB deal on it. It is an immune system supplement and it works great!)
Buy Listerine Agent Cool Blue or Smart Rinse – $3.99/each (this week only)
use $1 printable

use $3/15
use $12 ECB
Spend .98, get $10 ECB for Sambucol and $3 ECB for the Listerine plus you stil have a $6 ECB from your previous Listerine purchase

So, for $7.15 out of pocket, you end up with $66.10 of merchandise and $19 in ECBs left to spend. If you buy a third Power Ade at some point, you will get an additional $1 ECB.

Just a note: If your ECBs from the Listerine don’t print (mine didn’t this morning), first talk to them at the store because some stores now have the ability to issue them to you on the spot. If that doesn’t work, you can call Customer Service (the # is on the back of your Extra Care card) and they will post a courtesy ECB to your card which will print within 48 hours.

Where can I find the 3/15 CVS coupon? Thank you!

  3. CVS $ off coupons show up from time to time in newspapers, but all of the ones I was aware of have expired now (the most recent one expired on 1/9). Sometimes they come in e-mails, so make sure you have your card registered at CVS.com. You can also some times get $ off coupons on your receipt or if you scan your card at the scanner machines in your stores.
