Merry Christmas to all of you! As we enjoy this busy day with friends and family, I hope we all can also take a minute to remember the true reason for the season!
We’ll be back to our regularly scheduled bargains tomorrow, but I also wanted to take a minute to thank you all for reading my blog and to also thank you for helping to provide Christmas for three needy children this year!
Back in July, I posted about a deal on All You Magazine. It was through a fundraising company and I said that all proceeds would go toward the Salvation Army Angel Tree program. We raised $156, which helped to buy these items for these children in need:
10 month old baby boy:
-high chair
-diapers
-Leap Frog learning toys
-jacket
-2 complete outfits (shirts, pants, and socks)
3 year old boy:
-soccer ball and soccer “equipment” (cleats and shin guards)
-Leap Frog computer
-jacket
-2 complete outfits (shirts, pants, underwear, and socks)
6 year old girl:
-doll with accessories
-jacket
-2 complete outfits (shirts, pants, underwear, and socks)
