EASY Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe

Mornings at my house are CRAZY! I’m always on the look-out for quick and easy slow cooker recipes and I love being able to walk through the door and smelling a yummy dinner that has been cooking all day and is ready to go! This Easy Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe is one of my “go to” quick fix recipes. The kids love it, too, which is an added bonus for us!

EASY Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe

Easy Dump and Go Taco Soup Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey (or ground beef)
  • 2 cans Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Ro-Tel (or diced tomatoes if your family prefers a less spicy version)
  • 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 1 packet Ranch dip mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 soup can of water

Instructions
  1. Brown your ground beef or turkey and drain.
  2. Dump your Ranch style beans, pinto beans, corn, Ro-Tel, tomato sauce, ranch dip mix, taco seasoning, and meat into your slow cooker and mix. (NOTE: I do not drain any of the cans)
  3. Add 1 soup can of water and mix again.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Top with sour cream or shredded cheese and serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
