Deals on Disney’s Princess and the Frog

My daughter is super excited about the release of Disney’s Princess and the Frog next week.  Here are a few deals you might want to check out.

*You can pre-order The Princess and the Frog from Amazon for $16.99.  If you order The Princess and the Frog (Single Disc Widescreen) and Ponyo (Two Disc Edition) together, you get them both for $26.98 shipped.  This is a savings of $8!

*There is a printable coupon to save $10 off The Princess and the Frog Blu Ray combo pack (expires 3/21/10).  The combo pack will reportedly be $26.99 at Target, so $16.99 after coupon (the combo pack includes a “regular” DVD and a Blu Ray).

There are a few rebate offers which also go along with this deal:

*Buy 2 participating Band Aid products and the Princess and the Frog and get a $5 MIR! (download the form here)  You will be able to get Band Aids for free at Walgreens next week or get them for free at Target using manufacturer’s and store coupons combined.  The rebate offer doesn’t start until 3/14, so hold off until then!

*Buy Disney’s Princess and the Frog and one or more rolls of FrogTape, get a $5 MIR!

I’m trying to decide if we’ll be able to hold off on watching this so I can put it in my daughter’s Easter basket or if I’ll break down and end up watching it with the kids while I’m off on Spring Break next week!

P&G Year of Savings coupon book Rebate

Procter & Gamble has a GREAT rebate offer.  You get a P&G Year of Savings coupon booklet by mail when you spend $50 on participating P&G productsThe $50 is BEFORE any coupons you may use, so with the Gillette razor deal at Walgreens this week and the Olay deal at Target, you should be able to reach your $50 pretty quickly without having to spend a lot of money out of pocket.  I got one of these coupon books last year and it was AWESOME with lots of high dollar coupons for P&G products that we use regularly!

Here are the details:

1.  Spend $50 on any P&G products between 2/1/2010 and 4/15/2010.  (Remember this is before coupons have been applied!)

2.  Circle the P&G products and their corresponding prices on your original cash register receipt(s)they do not have to all be on one receipt!

3.  Print the form and fill it out.

4.  Mail your completed form with the original, dated sales receipt(s) and product purchase prices circled in a stamped envelope to:

P&G Year of Savings
Dept W
PO Box 460643
El Paso, TX 88546-0643

5.  You can check the status of your rebate here.

Hot deal on Nabisco crackers!

There is a new $2/2 printable coupon available for any Nabisco crackers! Print it here (IE users) or here (FF users). You can print two per computer if you hit the back button after printing the first one. I’m guessing that the print limit on this one will be met pretty quickly, so hurry and print yours!

Wheat Thins are on sale 2/$4 at both Kroger and Randalls this week (the sale ends today in my area). There is also a $10 Mail in Rebate available here when you buy 10 boxes of crackers.

Here’s a scenario:
Buy 10 boxes of Nabisco crackers – 2/$4

Use 5 $2/2 printable coupons (assuming you can find that many computers to print them)

Spend $10 OOP (out of pocket) – submit for the $10 MIR hereit’s like you get them for free after coupons and rebate!

Moneymaker on Nabisco crackers at Randalls! (and Safeway, too!)

Here’s the scoop on the Randall’s cracker deal. They are $1.38/box for Wheat Thins and Triscuits on Saturday and Sunday ONLY.

Click here for a $1/1 printable coupon.

Then, there are $1/2 coupons here. (you can print 2 per computer…they are Smartsource coupons and will start printing as soon as you click on the box) – print 4

So, buy a total of 10 boxes of crackers (the ad does not specify any limits…stores can limit quantities if they choose). Use the 2 $1/1 coupons and 4 $1/2 coupons. Your total after coupons will be $7.80.

Then, submit your receipt for the rebate offer here and you will get $10 back.

So, you make $2.20 buying crackers!

ETA: I have had people confirm that Safeway stores are participating in this store, too. The prices are varying from $.99 up and some stores do have limits included in their ads.

Here is a coupon for $5 off the movie on DVD.

Here is a coupon for $10 off the movie on Blu Ray.

There is also a $4 mail in rebate if you buy select SunMaid raisins (24 oz canister, 6 pack of 1.5 oz cartons, or 7 oz 14 mini boxes bag). You can download the form here.
