I’m struggling to write match-ups this week because I’m so discouraged by the announcements that Kroger made this week which directly impact the Texas-Houston market. You can read my full post regarding the changes here. The most “immediate” change is that they will no longer allow you to “stack” paper manufacturer’s coupons with loadable coupons. From what I understand, the registers are now programmed to stop this and your digital coupon will be deducted first, when applicable.
